Refund Policy

Professional Verification Policy

Purpose

The Professional Verification Program exists to strengthen trust and credibility within the Domethos ecosystem by helping project owners, firms, and community members identify qualified professionals.

Verification Requirements

Architects may be required to submit Council of Architecture registration details, government-issued identification, portfolio information, and additional documentation as requested.

Interior Designers may be required to submit portfolio evidence, professional experience information, educational qualifications, and identification documents.

Firms and organizations may be required to provide business registration details, organizational information, portfolio evidence, and supporting documentation.

Verification Levels

Domethos may offer different verification levels including Basic Profile, Verified Professional, Verified Firm, and Founding Member status.

Verification Benefits

Verified members may receive enhanced credibility, increased visibility, access to exclusive opportunities, priority consideration for certain platform initiatives, and verification badges displayed on their profiles.

Revocation

Domethos reserves the right to revoke verification status if inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or outdated information is identified.
